Application Procedure for Senior High School

STEP 1

Secure an Application Form from:
a. the APC Website (www.apc.edu.ph);
b. APC Admissions Office; or,
c. through the Admissions Counselor during school visit.

Submit Application Form:
a. online;
b. directly to APC; or,
c. through its representative during school visit.

STEP 2

• Submit the following documents with the Application Form to the APC Admissions Office:
a. 1 copy of 2 x 2 colored ID photo
b. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
c. Original Copy of High School Report Card
d. Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character

• For ALS Graduates, submit the following documents with the Application Form to the APC Admissions Office:
a. 1 copy of 2 x 2 colored ID photo
b. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
c. Original Copy of Accreditation & Equivalency Test Rating
d. Original Copy of Certification from the ALS supervisor
e. Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character

• For online applicants, bring the same documents listed above on the day of the exam.

Proceed to enrollment, if qualified.
