JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Assisting the Sales Administrative Manager in the proper implementation of Sales Administration functions in the assigned branches.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Looks after the condition of ad media and be duty bound of all movements in the area.
2. To manage AE’s project.
3. To handle corresponding Job Orders.
4. Accountable for quotations of suppliers.
5. To furnish details for rate study of new areas found in assigned Malls.
6. Head Office coordinator.
7. Maintains an open-line of communication to foster positive attitude towards company goals.
8. Ascertains proper implementation of approved policies and procedures in his area.
9. Maintains orderliness of his area to ensure systematic flow of work.
10. Supports management decisions, requirements and expectations.
11. Ensures good housekeeping and proper maintenance/use of supplies/facilities/equipment in the
assigned area of responsibility.
12. Reports regularly to the Sales Administrative Manager on all activity for the day. All unusual activities are noted.
13. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible in maintaining and improving relationship with clients to develop and generate
Business and opportunities to them.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research client’s products, services, plans, competitors and target markets.
2. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
3. Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval.
4. Ensure that projects are completed on time and based on contract. Timely payment must also be monitored
5. Achieving assigned sales goals / mall targets.
6. Maintaining and improving relationship with existing clients.
7. Ensure that new clients are tapped and be able to develop and generate new businesses and opportunities from them.
8. Formulating sales packages for clients.
9. Formulating marketing and sales strategies to improve sales.
10. Conduct ocular inspection of the different malls to familiarize his/her self with the different ad media spaces and at the same time be updated on new tenants and development therein.
11. Maintain good rapport with the mall/s assigned.
12. *Attends steering committee meetings and communicate updates to the whole team.
13. *Prepares the sales performance evaluation / appraisals of his/her team members semi-annually.
