Getting Started

-Create an APC Online Service account by filling up the registration form here.
-After a successful registration a confirmation will be sent to your email account with the Activation link to activate your account.

-If this is your first time logging in, check your email for your account activation link. You must first activate your account before logging in.
-Make sure you are using the right username and password for your account.
Try the following:
-Be sure you are using the correct APC - Online Service account to sign in to Online Service.
-Clear your browser, cache, and cookies. Then, restart your computer and try again.
-Reset your account password by going to APC - Online Service login page then go to Can't access your account.

Troubleshooting technical problems

Try the following:

-Clear your browser, cache, and cookies. Then, restart your computer and try again.
-Be sure you are using the correct APC Online Service account to sign in to Online Service.
