Queennie Richelle Mendoza had one thing in mind when she took the Electronics Technician (ECT) Licensure Examination last October 22, 2018. Her goal was to make her parents proud. Four days later, she was in for a treat. “I wasn’t expecting it, but when my classmates called to inform me that I had passed the exam, I couldn’t believe it,” she said.
