It's time to demonstrate the strength of our School’s ability to produce graduates with key attributes, including being a Team Player, IT Enabled, Ethical Professional, Good Communicator, and more. We invite you to participate in our PEO (Program Educational Objectives) Survey, which assesses career and professional accomplishments within 3-5 years post-graduation.

About the Alumni Affairs Office

The Alumni Affairs Office of Asia Pacific College (APC) serves as the institutional link between the College and its alumni community. Consistent with APC’s vision of bridging academe and industry and its commitment to integrity, industry, and innovation, the Office supports initiatives that strengthen alumni engagement, professional collaboration, and lifelong connection with the College.

The Office works in coordination with academic and administrative units, industry partners, and alumni organizations to develop programs and services that encourage continued involvement of alumni in institutional activities. Through these efforts, the Alumni Affairs Office contributes to the advancement of APC’s mission of producing industry‑ready and socially responsible graduates who continue to uphold APC values beyond graduation.

Services and Functions

Alumni Relations and Engagement

The Alumni Affairs Office plans and implements activities that promote continued interaction among alumni and between alumni and the College. These activities include alumni gatherings, reunions, institutional events, and recognition initiatives that foster a sense of community and shared identity among APC graduates.

Career Development and Professional Support

In coordination with academic units and industry partners, the Alumni Affairs Office supports alumni career development through information sharing on employment opportunities, career‑related activities, and professional engagement programs. These initiatives complement APC’s industry‑linked educational framework and reinforce the College’s emphasis on real‑world application and lifelong learning.

Alumni Programs and Institutional Participation

The Alumni Affairs Office facilitates alumni involvement in institutional programs such as academic forums, student mentoring, community engagement initiatives, and special projects. These activities provide avenues for alumni to contribute their professional expertise in support of APC’s academic and institutional goals.

Communication and Information Dissemination

The Alumni Affairs Office manages official alumni communications to keep graduates updated about the College, alumni activities, and opportunities for engagement. These communication efforts help sustain active participation and strengthen the connection between alumni and APC.

Alumni Recognition

The Alumni Affairs Office supports initiatives that recognize alumni who demonstrate professional excellence, leadership, innovation, and service, in line with APC’s values of integrity, industry, and innovation.

Partnership with the APCRAA

The Alumni Affairs Office works in close partnership with the Asia Pacific College Alumni Association (APCRAA) to ensure that alumni programs and services are aligned with the College’s institutional priorities. Through this collaborative relationship, the Office helps strengthen a sustainable and engaged alumni network that actively supports the continuous growth and development of APC and its stakeholders.

Staying Connected

All APC graduates are encouraged to remain engaged with the College by participating in alumni activities, updating their alumni records, and supporting institutional initiatives. Continued alumni involvement strengthens the APC community and supports the College’s mission of delivering industry‑aligned and values‑driven education.

Please book a schedule here

Claiming Yearbooks and/or Grad Photos?

Schedule: Every Wednesday, 8AM to 12NN, 1PM to 4PM

As much as we would like to accommodate your inquiries, we will only release yearbooks and photos on the said schedule.

The Publications Office also handles other matters on other days of the week.

Please send an email to publications@apc.edu.ph in advance not on the day itself. So we can prepare your documents ahead of time.

Walk-ins may not be accommodated immediately.
