APC BSIT Program Earns Reaccreditation from PICAB Until 2031

Asia Pacific College (APC) has achieved another milestone as its Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program under the School of Computing and Information Technologies (SoCIT) received official reaccreditation from the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) of the PCS Information and Computing Accreditation Board (PICAB). The program is now accredited until June 30, 2031.

The commission reported zero deficiencies and zero weaknesses, affirming APC’s commitment to delivering industry-ready IT education through Real Projects. Real Learning.

PICAB, a provisional member of the Seoul Accord since 2015, plans to pursue full membership in the near future. Established in 2008, the Seoul Accord is a mutual recognition agreement among signatories covering computing and IT-related programs. It enables recognition of accredited programs across jurisdictions for licensure, employment, and admission to graduate studies.

This reaccreditation reflects APC’s continuous effort to uphold global standards in computing education and further strengthens its role in preparing students for the demands of a rapidly evolving tech industry.
