


Asia Pacific College (APC), in partnership with the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation and the Philippine Soong Ching Ling Foundation, held the closing program for the second run of the Digital Commerce Short Course on March 8, 2025.
The event marked the completion of the program, which provided participants with in-depth training on digital commerce technologies, customer relationship management, supply chain management, and e-commerce analytics.


Representing the Philippine Soong Ching Ling Foundation (PSCLF) at the closing program were Director Dr. Fernando Gan, Mrs. Lourdes Lim, Mr. Jefferson Wang, and Mr. Lysander Ong. Officials from the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF), including Liu Ying, Zhou Lu, and Liu Yizhou, also joined the event via Zoom.
During the program’s closing remarks, PSCLF Director Dr. Fernando Gan and CSCLF Deputy Director-General of the Fund Department Liu Ying congratulated the participants, recognizing their dedication and efforts throughout the course. They emphasized the importance of continuous learning and innovation in digital commerce, encouraging trainees to apply their newfound knowledge in real-world settings.
This initiative continues to strengthen APC’s commitment to industry-driven learning, equipping trainees with the skills needed to navigate the evolving digital commerce landscape.
