💻 YOUR JOB:
Your task is to support your manager for the clients’ end-to-end needs, from prospecting, setting meetings, signing on, collating and updating the Virtual Data Room, coordination between internal and external teams, organizing events and follow up meetings, monitoring and reporting.
💡 UNIQUE LEARNING EXPERIENCE:
You will be immersed in the whole process of fundraising for different stages (pre-seed to listing in the Philippine Stock Exchange), types (IPO, debt vs equity vs hybrid instruments, crowdfunding), across a broad range of industries. You will be working directly with managers and Senior Advisors.
