The ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) certified Asia Pacific College (APC) for four degree programs: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, and Bachelor in Multimedia Arts.
AUN-QA aims to harmonize educational standards across ASEAN universities and promote continuous academic improvement. Its framework encourages institutions to uphold high-quality teaching, research, and program outcomes, aligning with the network’s mission to enhance education in the region.
As the educational partnership of SM Foundation and IBM Philippines, APC combines SM’s expertise in business and facilities management with IBM’s advanced ICT knowledge.
APC leverages its connections with industry partners to integrate real-world experience into its curriculum through initiatives like project-based learning, a full-time six-month internship, and the involvement of industry professionals as faculty members.
APC is among the 77 Autonomous Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Philippines recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for exceptional quality assurance systems and outstanding program outcomes.
APC also holds the distinction of being a Center of Excellence in IT Education and a Center of Development in Computer Engineering.
Additionally, APC is awarded a 4 Star Rating by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Stars, internationally accredited by the PCS Information and Computing Accreditation Board (PICAB) and is a recognized Microsoft Showcase School.
