AHCT Activities

The APC-ASEAMETRICS Human Capital Tech Hub (AHCT) functioned as a dynamic classroom laboratory primarily used for psychology major subjects, particularly those focused on industrial and research applications. It provided students with hands-on, experiential learning in a simulated workplace environment where they applied HR technologies and best practices across the employee lifecycle. At the core of the laboratory was the introduction and promotion of the DARE Model for human capital management solutions—Define, Assess, Realize, and Evaluate. This framework guided all laboratory activities and was embedded within the four walls of the facility, enabling students to systematically analyze organizational needs, implement HR strategies, and evaluate their impact on employee and organizational outcomes.  The laboratory enhanced students’ competencies in HR analytics, psychological assessment, and emerging technologies while fostering collaboration and innovation through group-based projects. It also hosted seminar-workshops on HR analytics, assessment, trends in psychology, and AI in human capital, providing exposure to current industry practices. Overall, the AHCT strengthened students’ research capabilities, technological proficiency, and readiness for real-world challenges in human capital management.
