Graduation Clearance
- Graduation clearance must be completed to facilitate the timely preparation and release of the Transcript of Records (TOR)/F137-A and Diploma.
- This period is designated for the completion of any remaining academic requirements (e.g., courses with “NG” grades). Failure to fulfill these requirements will result in exclusion from the Final List of Candidates and disqualification from participating in the commencement exercises. In such cases, students are advised to consult their Executive Director.
- Incomplete clearances from non-academic offices may still permit participation in the commencement exercises; however, the release of the Transcript of Records (TOR)/F137-A and Diploma will be placed on hold until all clearances are completed.
- Toga Set and E-Pass must be returned as part of your clearance process.
- Monitor your clearance status through the RAMS Portal: https://rams.apc.edu.ph.
