Rising Innovators: Computer Science Students Present Two Research Papers at an International Conferences

APC CS Students Advance AI‑Driven Academic Quality Assurance

A research study by APC Computer Science students was successfully presented at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence held on February 19–20, 2026 at De La Salle University–Dasmariñas. The conference, themed “Educating Ethically with Intelligence and Integrity,” emphasized the role of responsible AI in education.

On behalf of the research team, Michael Patrick Escalambre presented the study titled “Agentic AI-Driven Model for Constructive Alignment Checking.” The research highlights how AI can support academic quality assurance by automating the validation of alignment among learning outcomes, teaching strategies, and assessment tasks.

The team received a Certificate of Recognition, acknowledging their valuable contribution to the conference. This milestone reflects the successful completion of their thesis and their ability to share meaningful research with an international audience.

APC Computer Science Student Clinches International Recognition at 2026 Research Conference

We are proud to share a significant academic achievement that highlights excellence in research and scholarly presentation on the international stage.

A research study titled “PISI: Communication-Efficient Federated Reasoning via Quantized Chain-of-Thought Prompts” was successfully presented at the 2026 International Virtual Conference, held from June 5 to 7, 2026. The study contributes to the growing body of work in artificial intelligence, particularly in improving communication efficiency in federated reasoning systems through innovative prompt optimization techniques.

Beyond the successful presentation, an even greater milestone was achieved: the research was awarded 2nd Place for the Best Presenter Award under Track 3 – Science and Technology. This recognition affirms both the quality of the research and the effectiveness of its delivery, underscoring the presenter’s expertise in communicating complex technical concepts to an international audience.
