AirHub is an applied research and innovation platform under the Engineering and Science Laboratory Office. It is designed to support the development, testing, and deployment of sensor-based systems for indoor air quality monitoring, environmental sensing, smart building diagnostics, and data-driven sustainability applications within the APC campus. AirHub serves as a collaborative facility open to research faculty, capstone students, and Project-Based Learning (PBL) students who are engaged in projects related to electronics, computer engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, environmental monitoring, Internet of Things (IoT), and smart infrastructure.

Through access to sensors, embedded systems, data acquisition platforms, monitoring dashboards, and experimental setups, the facility provides a practical environment for prototype development, system validation, and research experimentation. AirHub strengthens APC’s commitment to research-driven and outcomes-based education by transforming the campus into a living laboratory. It enables students and faculty to address real-world environmental and technological challenges while contributing to healthier, safer, and more energy-efficient learning spaces.
